Review colors and fabrics across all pieces together. Similar color names do not guarantee an identical appearance between fabric types or dye lots. If different materials are needed for tops and bottoms, compare physical swatches and finished samples before approving the coordinated look.

Fit each garment independently, then test the full outfit together. Check waist placement against crop length, bra visibility under the top and freedom of movement throughout the set. Consider customers who need different top and bottom sizes when planning your size system.

Start with product consultation to review your design, intended use and materials. We then agree the sample scope, fit specifications and branding details. Review the development sample, document revisions and approve the final specifications before production.

Evaluate fabric, fit, seams, coverage and branding. Record revisions and approve the finished sample before production.
03. Plan production

Bali Garment has no minimum order quantity. Plan the quantity around your collection and launch requirements. Sample development, materials, custom trims and garment complexity still affect the quotation; no MOQ does not mean every order has the same unit price or lead time. Ask for a project-specific estimate before confirming production.
Send your sketches or tech pack, intended activity, fabric references, size range, branding requirements, quantities and preferred timeline. Include any performance requirements so the team can review them before development.
