Choose fabric with purpose
Compare fabric weight, feel and stretch against your layering needs. Check the interaction between the fabric and cuffs, seams or any proposed zipper detail. If you require UV protection, temperature regulation or other technical performance, share the specification and confirm evidence before using that claim.
Refine the fit
Review overhead reach, elbow bend and shoulder rotation on the sample. Sleeves should be measured with the intended cuff or thumbhole construction in mind. Check whether the body rides up during movement and how the neckline sits when the wearer changes posture.

Thumbholes can be reviewed during development. Provide references and desired sleeve measurements so the team can assess placement, finishing and comfort. Test the sample with the thumbhole in use rather than approving the sleeve only at rest.
Bali Garment has no minimum order quantity. Plan the quantity around your collection and launch requirements. Sample development, materials, custom trims and garment complexity still affect the quotation; no MOQ does not mean every order has the same unit price or lead time. Ask for a project-specific estimate before confirming production.
Send your sketches or tech pack, intended activity, fabric references, size range, branding requirements, quantities and preferred timeline. Include any performance requirements so the team can review them before development.
