01 / DEFINE YOUR PRODUCT

Custom Training T-Shirts for Your Brand

Choose a relaxed, regular or closer-fitting silhouette around your target customer and activity. Decide how much room is needed through the chest, shoulders and sleeves. A training tee intended for lifting may need a different sleeve and body balance from a casual athleisure tee.

Details to customize

โ€” Neckline shape and neck finishing

โ€” Sleeve length, shoulder line and body proportions

โ€” Logo printing, embroidery and placement

โ€” Hem shape, side panels and matching shorts

02 / MATERIALS & MOVEMENT

Choose fabric with purpose

Compare knit options for weight, hand feel and stretch. Request material information for any performance requirement you want to market, and review how the chosen fabric works with printing or embroidery. A sample lets you assess drape and comfort before approving the full collection.

Refine the fit

Check shoulder movement, armhole depth and body length during overhead reach and normal exercise. Review the neckline for comfort and shape retention after care. Confirm the measurement points in your size chart so the approved sample can be translated into consistent size specifications.

Document the approved measurements, construction and branding in your tech pack before production.

From idea to approved sample

A clear development process helps your collection move forward with confidence.

01. Share your brief

Start with product consultation to review your design, intended use and materials. We then agree the sample scope, fit specifications and branding details. Review the development sample, document revisions and approve the final specifications before production.

02. Review your sample

Evaluate fabric, fit, seams, coverage and branding. Record revisions and approve the finished sample before production.

03. Plan production

During production planning, confirm the order breakdown, measurements, finishing and packaging requirements. Use the approved sample as the reference for garment checks. See our production process for the steps from design review to packing and dispatch.

Training T-Shirts Manufacturing FAQ

Can training T-shirts have custom prints?

Share your artwork, print size and placement with the team. Printing and embroidery options depend on fabric, construction and the desired result. Review a sample or strike-off where needed before approving branded production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Bali Garment has no minimum order quantity. Plan the quantity around your collection and launch requirements. Sample development, materials, custom trims and garment complexity still affect the quotation; no MOQ does not mean every order has the same unit price or lead time. Ask for a project-specific estimate before confirming production.

What should I send for a quote?

Send your sketches or tech pack, intended activity, fabric references, size range, branding requirements, quantities and preferred timeline. Include any performance requirements so the team can review them before development.
