Choose fabric with purpose
Consider the outer fabric together with the lining, elastic and any proposed cup construction. A soft outer hand feel does not by itself establish support. Review how the materials stretch together, how the band recovers and how the layers behave after a sample is worn and cared for.
Refine the fit
Sports bra development needs attention to the underband, cup or bust area, neckline and strap tension. Check whether the garment stays in place during the intended movements and whether pressure is distributed comfortably. Test the relevant sizes rather than relying on one wearer to represent the entire size range.

Start with product consultation to review your design, intended use and materials. We then agree the sample scope, fit specifications and branding details. Review the development sample, document revisions and approve the final specifications before production.
02. Review your sample
Evaluate fabric, fit, seams, coverage and branding. Record revisions and approve the finished sample before production.
03. Plan production
During production planning, confirm the order breakdown, measurements, finishing and packaging requirements. Use the approved sample as the reference for garment checks. See our production process for the steps from design review to packing and dispatch.
Sports Bras Manufacturing FAQ
Share the intended activity and support requirements during consultation. Materials, pattern and construction need to be developed and tested together. A support level should only be described after suitable sample evaluation; we do not apply a universal support claim to every design.
Bali Garment has no minimum order quantity. Plan the quantity around your collection and launch requirements. Sample development, materials, custom trims and garment complexity still affect the quotation; no MOQ does not mean every order has the same unit price or lead time. Ask for a project-specific estimate before confirming production.
Send your sketches or tech pack, intended activity, fabric references, size range, branding requirements, quantities and preferred timeline. Include any performance requirements so the team can review them before development.
